I can’t say enough about Elizabeth – she has been such an incredibly insightful, supportive, caring and skilled health coach/nutritionist. I thought I knew a lot about diet and wellbeing before I started working with her, but her experience and expertise takes it to a whole different level! My initial goal in working with her was to lose weight, but what I didn’t realize was that the results I have achieved have improved my overall health and wellbeing significantly. My blood work went from showing elevated cholesterol and triglycerides to all being within normal limits after I committed to making some changes that did not leave me feeling deprived or hungry – quite the opposite. I feel more energized, healthier, and don’t have those cravings I used to get – especially in the late afternoons. I am so grateful to Elizabeth, and have referred many of my patients to her – she is such a pleasure to work with and has made a huge difference in my life.

I have grown and learned so much from working with Elizabeth which has been really special. Before working together, everything I wanted to do felt so challenging. Elizabeth helped me focus on myself during difficult situations and I grew a lot. Without her support I would not have lost 22 pounds. By taking it one step at a time I improved with exercise, eating right, focusing on portions, supporting stress management, and getting a new job. I met Elizabeth about two years ago when we worked together at a Coaching company. I was struck by her maturity and wisdom and felt blessed that we connected to support one another. About a year ago I realized I needed support myself with gut issues. As a health and wellness coach I already knew a lot about healthy eating. However, I knew I needed more in-depth help and expertise. I contacted Elizabeth!
From the beginning she has been compassionate and supportive with my obstacles. There were times when I felt embarrassed knowing I needed to do something different yet struggled. Elizabeth took that embarrassment away. Elizabeth listens and lets you choose what you want to work on and then supports you through the process. One of the things I love about Elizabeth's approach is that if something is not working, she looks at different options until we figure it out. It makes me think of a missing piece in a puzzle. Working on my gut is definitely a work in progress. I have gained much knowledge, changed my food choices and habits, as well as feeling at my best when it comes to my gut. The most important lesson I’ve learned through working with Elizabeth is that this journey is not a race. It is A LOT of small changes made over time. And day after day those changes become habits, slowly becoming part of the fiber of who you are and the outcome of those small changes turn into huge results over time! I’ve lost over 100 pounds of fat through learning healthy eating habits, set myself up for a regular and maintainable exercise routine, and learned how to practice daily mindfulness that helps me stay on track.
